Iringó Demeter is a versatile expert in the life science industry with almost 20 years of experience in supporting ventures and navigating and accelerating their business ideas through. Iringó brings a 360-degree mindset into the team with her extensive expertise in business development, valuation of life science projects and strategic management of biotech companies. In addition, Iringó has supported numerous life science ventures by translating the business idea into a viable business concept.
In almost two decades she has gained experience in various areas and indications such as oncology (including immune oncology), CNS diseases, infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, gastric diseases, skin grafts. She combines knowledge in small molecule development, biologics, vaccines and cell therapies.
Iringó holds a master degree in Microbiology-Genetics from the University of Vienna and a master degree in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
In 2012 she co-initiated the Austrian Angel Investors Association which is now invest.austria – Austrian Association for Private Capital.
As of July 2024, Iringó will join the management team of INCATE, an international incubator for antibacterial therapies in Europe.
